Title Sponsor — $3,000
Your business’s name will be on all promotional materials with a “Presented by…”
credit, at the event. You will get thanked at each screening, as a title sponsor, as well.
Feature Film — $1,000
Make an impact by sponsoring one of our headline feature films. Your support helps
us secure screening rights, promote the film, and welcome audiences with a
memorable big-screen experience. Your name will be included on the official
schedule as having sponsored that film’s screenings, and you will be thanked at the
screening of that film.
Filmmaker Brunch — $1,000
Fuel inspiration and conversation. This popular gathering lets filmmakers network,
connect with our community, and exchange ideas in an informal setting — all made
possible by your sponsorship. Your name will be included on the official schedule
and you will be thanked at the event.
Filmmaker Workshops — $1,000
Support the next generation of storytellers. Your sponsorship will cover honorariums
for guest speakers and materials that help local and regional filmmakers grow their
craft. Your name will be included on the official schedule and you will be thanked at
each of the speaker events.
Opening Reception — $1,000
Kick off the festival with style. The Opening Reception brings together filmmakers,
patrons, and film lovers to celebrate what’s ahead. Your support helps us create an
inviting atmosphere with food, drinks, and live entertainment. Your name will be
included on the official schedule and you will be thanked at the event.
General Sponsorship Levels
Your contribution will help cover festival essentials — venue costs, licensing fees,
marketing, and more — and ensures that we can continue to bring outstanding films
and programs to West Virginia. This is a chance to connect your brand with a vibrant,
arts-loving audience. We have four sponsorship levels:
Actor – $100
- Logo on slideshow before each screening
- Name on the festival program
- Two attendees to the opening reception
Cinematographer – $250
- All “Actor” level benefits
- Festival T-Shirt
- Thanked at two different screenings before the show
Director – $500
- All “Cinematographer” level benefits
- Thanked at two additional screenings (four total)
- One festival pass
Producer – $1,000
- All “Director” level benefits
- Thanked at all screenings as a sponsor
- An additional festival pass (two total)
- An additional festival t-shirt (two total)
